All training attendees will receive a Certificate for your professional development portfolio.

As part of our ongoing continuous improvement plan, we can identify the learning needs of our members.

We can provide in-service education and workshops and facilitate online webinars with our subject matter experts. Examples of this is Wound Management, Catheter Care, Manual Handling and Dementia Care.

Quality Training

Caring for You is committed to developing the clinical skills of our members through high quality, accessible education, and training. We provide easy access to training for all our Members through a combination of both online and interactive face to face workshops.

By delivering quality training and education sessions to all classifications of members, Caring for You can enhance and provide our Members with remarkable healthcare skills to utilise within our Clients’ healthcare settings. This process strengthens the quality of care our Members deliver to our clients.

Required training is scheduled for all members based on their qualifications and role requirements. Examples are: Moving and Handling, Infection Control, Fire Safety and more.

Learning Management Systems

Caring for You has invested in the Learning Management System “Qintil” to deliver online competencies to assist our Members with meeting all their training requirements. This cloud-based system offers us and our Members a range of benefits:

  • Direct access to their full training record.
  • Easy to manage automatic record keeping - All course and training data is updated in real time and stored.
  • Clear position on Compliance Status.
  • Learners own their Qintil Learning record. They can add courses, workshops, conferences articles and journals and maintain their CPD record. We can then determine if we will add individual courses to their official record demonstrating currency of their education.
  • Cloud LMS – This allows our Members to access the LMS from any computer, smart phone or tablet at any time which will facilitate completion of courses by our Members.
  • High quality, no cost training for our Members to complete their annual compliance requirements.
